Most orders will be dispatched within 48hours of payment being cleared, via 1st class Royal Mail.

 If I am unable to dispatch within this time, I will contact you immediately via email with a new dispatch date.

Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as holidays, weekends, or postal strikes.

You will be sent an email when your order has been dispatched.

 Postage and packing costs: £1.50 per order for UK customers, and free delivery for orders over £25.00!

 I do ship worldwide, orders will be sent by Air mail. Postage and packing is a flat rate charge of £5.

 

I do prefer payments to be made online via paypal. Paypal is a safe, secure and easy way of paying for goods online if you have any queries check out http://www.paypal.com  

I do accept cheques made payable to S.Howe. Your order will not be dispatched untill I have recieved the cheque and the funds have cleared, usually within 5 working days.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if the item arrives damaged or faulty in anyway I offer a 14 day money-back gaurentee (ex P&P) or exchange, please return the product with a copy of your reciept.

For reasons of hygiene I am unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

I offer a Gift Service. If you would like your order delivered to a different address, please let me know with the details at the checkout. All items come with a free gift box.

Gift Vouchers are available, just select the required amount from the gift services page in the shop area.

Every attempt has been made to ensure that the jewellery displayed here and the information with it (including pictures), is as accurate as possible, however some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size, and may vary in colour. In all items I have put an approxamite size guide.

All my items are handmade, so as this is the case slight variations in the exact appearence may occur.

 

If an item is showing as out of stock please feel free to contact me with the details of the product and I will do my best to achieve it as soon as possible.

 

Likewise if you have seen a particular style that you like but would prefer it in another colour or length, please contact me and I can see what I can do for you.
