Sterling silver charm and pearl necklace

A handmade sterling silver necklace comprising of 3 elements - 7/8mm fresh water pearl, a sterling silver, textured disc (approx 12mm dia) and a sterling silver textured heart (approx 10mm wide) suspended from a 16" sterling silver snake chain.
